The Opportunity

As a CRM Business Process Owner, you'll play a key role in supporting the design, development, and implementation of business processes within the Global Security Business Unit. Your primary focus will be enhancing the CRM system, ensuring it aligns strategically with the business goals and supports the efficiency of the sales pipeline. This position allows you to drive continuous improvement and ensure global alignment across the organisation.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and manage CRM processes to ensure global standardisation and improvement.
  • Analyse CRM usage and adoption, providing insights and recommendations for enhancements.
  • Support and guide regional CRM champions, promoting global alignment.
  • Collaborate across teams to gather business requirements, document processes, and drive system improvements.
  • Lead CRM-related projects, ensuring timely and effective execution from inception to completion.

 

The Fit

We’re after someone who’s a strategic thinker with a passion for process improvement and CRM expertise. You’ll need to translate business needs into tech solutions, all while promoting global alignment and continuous improvement across teams.

What you need to bring:

  • Proven experience managing CRM systems and process documentation (Salesforce experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Project management experience, particularly in business transformation and technology-enabled change.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Familiarity with Agile principles and methodologies is a plus.
