We’re looking for a customer service superstar to join our team to ensure each day we surpass the expectations of our resellers and customers, in partnership with our Territory Managers out in the field.

The Fit

To us a customer service superstar means:

• You’ll need strong relationship skills; an ability to connect with and understand people from all walks of life, whether they be farmers, warehouse teams or our retail stores.
• You’ll be highly motivated to partner with your Territory Manager and grow the territory by engaging closely with our network to support successful initiatives.
• You’ll have previous customer service experience.
• You’ll need to have high attention to detail and pride yourself on your accuracy of your work.
• And be ready to join an organisation that’s passionate about improving on farm life for our customers, their livestock and the land they’re working on day to day.
