But we also know that we need a customer service superstar to join our team to ensure each day we surpass the expectations of our dealers and customers and provide outstanding support to our Territory Managers out in the field.

 To us a customer service superstar means:

  • You’ll need strong relationship skills; an ability to connect with and understand people from all walks of life, whether they be farmers, warehouse teams or our dealer stores.
  • You’ll be highly motivated to help your Territory Manager grow the territory and work closely with our dealer network to support successful in-store promos.
  • You’ll need to have high attention to detail and pride yourself on your accuracy of your work.
  • And be ready to join an organisation that’s passionate about improving on farm life for our customers, their livestock and the land they’re working on day to day.
