Customer Service Representative

We need a customer service superstar to join our team to ensure each day we surpass the expectations of our resellers and customersin partnership with our Territory Managers out in the field.

 To us a customer service superstar means:

  • You’ll need strong relationship skills; an ability to connect with and understand people from all walks of life, whether they be farmers, warehouse teams or our retail stores.
  • You’ll be highly motivated to partner with your Territory Manager and grow the territory by engaging closely with our network to support successful initiatives.
  • You’ll need to have high attention to detail and pride yourself on your accuracy of your work.
  • You're ready to join an organisation thats passionate about improving on farm life for our customers, their livestock and the land they’re working on day to day.

Ideally we're looking for someone who has 2-3 years experience in the customer service field, though we are happy to receive applications from graduates of agriculture programs.
