Customer Success Coordinator


We have an exciting role available for an experienced Customer Success Coordinator to join our Small Business Security team. This is a pivotal role where you will be the first point of contact for the customer for the duration of their experience.

It’s also a vital support role, so naturally you’ll be a vibrant and motivated person; willing to go the extra mile, passionate about continuous learning. You’ll need to be computer proficient in this role, customer focused, an excellent communicator, great at problem solving, have good attention to detail and have the ability to multitask. SAP experience advantageous.
