The Opportunity

Due to expansion, we’re seeking a dynamic Customer Success Lead to manage the seamless delivery of our security products, ensuring every customer interaction is an exceptional one. 

You’ll be responsible for overseeing sales order management, driving continuous process improvement, and supporting a team of high-performing administrators. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining excellent communication across internal teams, vendors, and channel partners.

 

The Fit:

This role is ideal for a customer-focused person with a commitment to delivering exceptional serviceYou will need to have:

  • Proven experience in customer experience, sales support, and process improvement
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for building and nurturing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing relationships across diverse stakeholders. 
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar transactional systems, as well as MS Office suite

It would be a bonus if you also had European second language skills.
