The Opportunity

The Customer Service (Support) role is responsible for achieving customer success from first points of contact with our customers, and through the duration of their experience with support delivery.  To do this you’ll be taking a proactive approach to identifying customer pain points and will be using market data and insights to improve the customer experience.  You’ll also be finding ways to optimise the customer journey and reduce the resolution time for customers.

The Fit

We’re looking for someone to join our team who will ensure we surpass the expectations of our resellers and customers every day. To succeed in this role you’ll also need:

  • Strong relationship skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life - whether they be farmers, territory managers, or logistics people.
  • Customer service experience, with a focus on customer-centric language.
  • Strong hands-on mechanical and/or electronic skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, and experience with SAP (or similar ERP system)
  • The ability to problem-solve and communicate effectively via phone and email.
  • The ability to define and document best practice process and develop work instructions.
  • A willingness to work in a team environment, with a “can do” attitude.
