The Opportunity

We’re looking for a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO & Board. This role goes beyond managing calendars—it’s about helping our CEO stay laser-focused on the right priorities, keeping the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) on track, and ensuring the day-to-day rhythm of the business runs smoothly.  You’ll also play a key role in supporting our Board, ensuring governance, compliance and corporate records are managed to the highest standard.

You’ll need to be confident working in a demanding, fast-paced environment where things aren’t always black and white, and you’ll need the judgement to help balance urgent issues with long-term priorities.  Working alongside a high-performing, assertive leadership team, you’ll be comfortable handling strong personalities and keeping things moving.

Our CEO is looking for a true right-hand person, someone who has seen it all before and stays composed under pressure.  If you thrive on solving problems, love getting things done (rather than getting stuck chasing perfection), and can keep multiple plates spinning while keeping the big picture in mind, this is the role for you.

 

The Fit

You’ll need to bring:
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant at C-suite level and/or Board level, ideally in a large, complex organisation.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to anticipate needs and stay two steps ahead
• The confidence to manage competing priorities and push back when needed
• Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to work through ambiguity and risk
• A focus on outcomes and delivery—getting the job done matters more than perfection
• Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build trusted relationships across all levels
