The Opportunity

Join the People & Brand squad at #TeamGallagher as our People Tech (HRIS) Specialist.

In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for managing our HRIS, supporting tech projects, and ensuring flawless data handling. Your role involves overseeing HRIS upgrades, configuring systems, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations, and enhancing our people tech solutions.

Additionally, you will support the roll-out of new modules and drive continuous improvements in existing modules to streamline people processes + enhance the employee system experience.

This is a fixed term position for 12 months to cover parental leave.


The Fit

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in HRIS Administration or similar roles
  • Strong knowledge in People systems and data management
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., HiBob, ELMO, IntelliHR, Workday, SuccessFactors)
  • Skilled in people analytics and data visualization
  • Understanding of people processes, policies, and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at translating needs into tech solutions
  • Knowledgeable about compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR)
  • Be flexible, responsive, and a critical thinker open to change
