The Opportunity

Due to our continued growth, this newly created role offers a unique opportunity to be in a supportive environment that develops a special candidate into leading a product lifecycle in a rapidly evolving category.

You’ll have the chance to learn to turn market insights into innovative products, drive sustainable growth, and implement effective go-to-market strategies. Collaborating with internal teams like Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, while fostering strong relationships with external suppliers, distributors and end users, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of this high-impact portfolio.

The Fit

We are looking for a highly organized, results-driven individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited to learn from a highly supportive and capable team with a variety of backgrounds. To be successful, you’ll need: 

• Tertiary qualification in Technology, Marketing, or Product Engineering or similar.
• 2+ years’ experience in product management or a similar discipline, ideally in product development or OEM sourcing.
• Strong ability to talk with our customers, gather market insights, and translate them into actionable product strategies.
• Financial acumen with a focus on balancing business goals and customer needs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with the agricultural industry would be beneficial.
• Willingness to travel and gain hands-on experience in the field.
