To support our growth within the UK and Europe, we’re looking for a Gallagher Solutions Trainer with a balance of strong technical competence and excellent communication skills to join our UK based Training Delivery team.

With classroom training based on-site in our brand-new Warwickoffice (Warwickshire, UK) you will be reporting to the Solutions Training and Operations Managers. You will support external and internal customers including the Channel Partners (Installer) network, End-Users, Consultants and Gallagher Staff to improve the quality, speed, and consistency of technical training within the Security business.

The training team represents a significant touch point in-market for the Security Business and has a powerful impact on brand recognition and the Solutions Trainer role plays a key part in the growth and sales strategies.

Please note this role requires travel to our Warwick Office (Warwickshire, UK) and throughout the UK and will also include future European travel.

Key Experience and Attributes for Success

• Gallagher Security product experience and Security Industry knowledge
• Adult teaching / training and presentation experience
• Electrical experience (power, earthing, resistors, wiring, installation of locks)
• Technical writing and documentation experience
• Well-rounded IT knowledge with a focus on networking, TCP-IP addressing, Operating Systems and SQL Server
• Determination, tenacity, and reliability are essential
• Some market and sales experience would be beneficial
