The Opportunity

As our Senior IS Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of a wide range of IS-led projects. You’ll oversee the entire project lifecycle, managing projects from initiation through to closure, while keeping them aligned with deadlines, budget, and objectives. Your ability to manage stakeholder expectations and lead cross-functional teams will be key to achieving project success.

Beyond delivery, you will contribute to enhancing our project management framework, identifying and implementing improvements to ensure we maintain a high standard of excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact, global projects across diverse IT disciplines such as cloud, networking, and infrastructure. In this role, you’ll be part of a collaborative team, all working towards our shared goals of continuous improvement and innovative solutions. As you mentor others, you’ll have the chance to leave a legacy on the PMO's evolution, ensuring Gallagher’s projects are managed efficiently and effectively, today and in the future.

The Fit

We’re looking for a proactive, experienced Senior IS Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering complex IT projects, particularly within cloud, networking and infrastructure disciplines. You excel in managing multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and have strong communication skills to effectively manage expectations and foster productive relationships. You’re dedicated to continuous improvement, actively contributing to the development of project management frameworks and methodologies. With strong commercial acumen, you’ll thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy mentoring others.
