The Opportunity

As a Senior Software Engineer, you have an awesome opportunity to join a team of like-minded individuals striving to do their best every day and contribute to the development of our world-leading security product.

The team is responsible for building quality software, ensuring our API delivers to Technology Partner requirements and that our security system integrates seamlessly with partner products such as Video Management, Elevator and Intercom systems. A key focus for the team at present is establishing the essential, core components that will be the springboard for the future of our product.

To be considered for this role, you will need

  • A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years commercial development experience
  • Proficiency in C++
  • Experience working with SQL databases – PostgreSQL, SQL Server or similar
  • Experience working in agile product-focused teams
  • Experience in C# (desirable)
  • Experience with live video streaming / video protocols (desirable)
  • RESTful API development (desirable)
  • DevOPs Skills or interest (desirable)
  • Cloud development experience (desirable)
