Software Engineer (Embedded)

We have a great opportunity for an Embedded Software Engineer to join our Research & Development department. The exciting part is you will be working primarily on our Security Access Control System products. You will be part of a team that is responsible for the design and implementation of features or subsystems within our security devices range.

Our R&D department is a dynamic part of the business and we need someone who can engage with people across the wider business, as well as someone who embodies our core values of being relentless innovators and customer inspired.

The successful candidate will have a relevant tertiary degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience within software development industry. You will also need to be able to demonstrate concise written and verbal skills in English.

The successful candidate is required to have extensive knowledge in the following areas:

  •  Embedded C++
  •  Knowledge of microprocessor architectures
  •  Debugging with oscilloscope, debugging with and without JTAG.

Experience with cross-platform development environments like cross-compilers, linker, make system is highly desirable.
