The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a talented Solutions Engineer to join our Security department and play a critical role in ensuring Gallagher’s security products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll have the chance to work on cutting-edge security solutions, contribute to international compliance efforts, and collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to make sure our products are reliable, secure, and fit for purpose across global markets.

Key responsibilities include overseeing beta testing for security products, ensuring in-market compliance, supporting solution delivery teams in product design and implementation, and providing high-quality documentation. If you’re passionate about product quality, customer support, and continuous development, this role offers the perfect opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.

The Fit

We’re looking for someone with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. To succeed in this role, you’ll also need: 

• 3+ years of experience in a technical engineering role
• Drivers license and current passport
• A strong understanding of Gallagher Security solutions or other access control systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Server products, IS, networking protocols and internet technologies (e.g., AD Domains, SQL, Virtual Machines)
• Excellent communication skills to relay complex technical information to non-technical audiences
• Adaptability and resourcefulness, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
