Training Solutions Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of
our training platforms, driving excellence in training support, and
contributing to the success of our security product development. If you’re

Your role at a glance:
- Support and improve the Gallagher Security product training platforms with deep product knowledge.
- Oversee daily operational tasks, ensuring seamless training delivery and a great user experience.
- Guide the development of simulator environments and support content creation to fill any gaps.
- Collaborate across internal teams and work closely with external customers to improve training systems and processes.
- Help shape the future of training platforms through continuous improvement and effective project management.
- Ensure
platforms stay up to date in line with product and software releases,
supporting testing and new content implementations.
The Fit
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional with
deep technical product knowledge and a passion for improving training
platforms. You’ll have the opportunity to work collaboratively across teams and
contribute to the ongoing success of Gallagher’s training initiatives.
What you’ll bring:
- At least 3 years of experience supporting Command Centre and Gallagher Security hardware, with a strong understanding of IS networking and troubleshooting.
- Proven experience in a technical support role, with a solid understanding of Agile principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively tackle training and technical challenges.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to improve processes and develop solutions.
- A proactive
mindset toward process improvement and the ability to prioritise tasks and
manage competing demands.
