The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Integrations, AI & Insights Strategist to guide the strategic use of data, AI, and automation to optimize agricultural operations and decision-making. This pivotal role is all about building a cohesive strategy for data integration, turning insights into actionable strategies, and leveraging AI to drive growth for our customers. 

Key Responsibilities include:

• Strategic Oversight of Integrations:
  o  Lead the strategy to integrate new technologies that empower farmers with precision tools.
  o  Collaborate across teams to align integration needs and ensure seamless implementation.

• Insight Strategy & Development:o  Work with stakeholders to commercialize insights and drive data-informed decisions.
  o  Guide the development of tools and strategies to maximise operational efficiency and profitability.

• AI and Automation Leadership:o  Lead AI-driven projects that transform agricultural practices and enhance customer success, ensuring a measurable impact on business outcomes.

• Customer-Centric Strategy:o  Engage with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback on insight utility, constantly refining our offerings for greater relevance.

• Market Strategy & Awareness:o  Stay ahead of technological trends, identifying new opportunities for innovation and integration to shape the future of agriculture.

The Fit

We’re looking for a strategic thinker who can engage diverse stakeholders and communicate complex insights in accessible ways. To excel in this role, you should have a mix of strategic leadership, technical acumen, and an understanding of the agricultural sector.

Key qualifications include:   

• 7-10 years of experience in strategic technology consulting or software integration. 
• A background or strong knowledge of agriculture or farming systems.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and manage large-scale projects. 
• Familiarity with AI, IoT, and data analytics technologies.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
