The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled ERP Coordinator with experience in manufacturing and proficiency in MYOB- Advanced to manage the inventory process across our manufacturing sites in Australia.

In this role, you will oversee the entire inventory lifecycle - from raw materials to finished goods - and will be responsible for creating and maintaining Bill of Materials (BOM), creating work centre and routings to deliver “True cost” model. You’ll work closely with internal teams, including production, procurement, and engineering, to ensure inventory processes in ERP are streamlined, efficient, and cost-effective.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining accurate inventory records in MYOB-Advanced, covering raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
  • Developing and updating Bill of Materials in collaboration with production and engineering teams to optimise BOMs.
  • Developing and updating work centres and routings in collaboration with production to provide optimised labour cost
  • Coordinating with procurement to ensure timely stock replenishment and managing related purchase and work orders.
  • Conducting regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Generating inventory reports, including stock levels, turnover, and usage, for management review.


The Fit

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in manufacturing and experience using MYOB for inventory management.

You should have a solid understanding of inventory control processes, be detail-oriented, and possess a proactive approach to managing and optimising inventory levels.

Your ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively will be key to your success.

To succeed in this role, you’ll also need:

  • Proven experience in manufacturing module of ERP, BOM management, work centre management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in MYOB-Advanced and/or experience coordinating manufacturing module in other ERPs.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in inventory control and cost-effective inventory strategies.
  • Familiarity with Bill of Materials, work centres, routings, and inventory reporting.
  • Financial literacy with an understanding of how inventory transactions affect manufacturing and supply chain operations.
