The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for two Production Welders to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Hastings, Victoria. In this role, you’ll be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal components using a range of welding techniques, ensuring every piece meets our world-class standards. You'll work alongside a talented group of welders and production staff, contributing to the timely delivery of precision-engineered solutions.

These are full-time roles, working 40 hours per week.

The Fit

To succeed in this role, you'll bring both experience and a passion for quality. You're confident with a MIG torch in hand, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in producing high-quality welds.

Here's what we're looking for:
• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing welding role
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and ARC welding
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Attention to detail, quality-focused, and safety-conscious
• A team player who communicates clearly and contributes positively

Preferred qualifications:
• Certification in welding (e.g., AWS, ASME) or completion of a welding apprenticeship
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical welding training
